WHAT: Mission All Souls OM (Ooooohhhmmm)

As most of you know, an OM is a very simple, sacred, unifying sound.
We will be chanting a massive group OM at the line up of the All Souls Procession, an amazing annual Tucson event. Possibly the biggest OM ever in Tucson! Let’s hold the intention of unity and honoring of “All Souls” as we accomplish this awesome Mission.

WHEN: November 8, 2009

At 5:45pm the “Word of Mouth Squad” (You must EMAIL Gabriela and confirm if you want to be part of the “Word of Mouth Squad”) will meet at the beginning of the procession, at the Urn (see below) and begin telling everyone to listen for the OM Chant and join in as soon as it starts. In essence, we will say “We are chanting group OMs a few minutes before we start the procession at 5:55pm, when you hear it join in – tell everyone! Pass it on!.”

At 5:55pm General Participation (leave time to park & arrive anywhere at procession to initiate and sustain the OM at exactly 5:55pm)
We are aiming for 30 seconds of sounding- though some folks might catch a wave of 10 seconds, or 2 minutes, but ideally, it will touch everyone.

WHERE: Epic Café (4th Ave at University)

The Procession line up starts approximately at Epic Café. General Participation agents can be anywhere along the procession line up. 
Word of Mouth Squad will meet at The Urn Float (at the beginning of the parade), which will be a block or more south of Epic on 4th Ave. 
Gabriela is looking for a few strong OM Chanters who can begin the chant and walk Alongside the procession holding and sustaining the OM as it waves back.

Don’t hold back – OM for the power of the All Souls Procession, for all those who have passed on, OM for our blessings and prayers… OM for all the artists and musicians uniting for this most magical, powerful event. Community voices raised in unity and honor. YES!

No prebrief or debrief will happen this time due to the magnitude and nature of this event.  So, show up on time, OMMMMMMMMMMM and have a most sacred, fun evening.
