Spoken Word Soul Poetry

Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
~ Dylan Thomas

Because our voices hold back that hollow. Because our words honor our dead. Because, as a community, we need to mourn, reflect, and celebrate the universal experience of Death. We invite you to share your writing about loss, death, dying, and the soul. We invite writers, poets, word artists of all stripes, to perform at this event. The event will feature the work of several Tucson authors, musicians, and YOU. Five minute open mic slots are available throughout the evening. To sign up for this amazing opportunity to share, bear witness, and celebrate our experiences of death, dying and the soul, please email spokenword@allsoulprocession.org. Call 520-325-9145 for more information. We look forward to hearing your voice.
